Movie maker has stopped working on windows 8.1 the error stated below :

Error :
The program can’t start because MF.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

After some Google i have fixed this issue, so here is the working solution for the above problem.

Solution :

Download Media Feature Pack for Windows 8.1

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40744

 

Download and install the Media Feature Pack and try to run Movie Maker once the installation process complete.
