A leading Company Samsung is one of them, which make rapid improvements in its products by keeping in view technological war especially in mobile; recently Samsung has introduced its classical new models Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge in Barcelona at MWC (Mobile World Congress) March 2015.
Design & Shape:
Body is 6.8 mm thick manufactured with combination of metal and Gorilla Glass 4. In these models leather back is now replaced with glass and the sides are made of metal, just like the Note 4. Weight is only 138 g (4.87 oz).
Both models have different shapes and designs. S6 Edge has comfort design, easy to hold because of his curved & little sharp edges, where the S6 has plan body and look smooth & nice to see.
The S6 phone is disclosed in four different colors White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, Blue Topaz, the wonderful feature is to pack bundle of QHD resolution into the smaller display which floats on its sides when light hits on its wonderful exterior front body, its color changes slightly. Its curves blend smoothly with the skeleton, its body is formed with the combination of metal and glass, which make it capable of attracting high price.
Display
The new Galaxy S6 characterizes a 5.1-inch 2K display, which means extraordinary 2560 x 1440 pixels. The pixel frequency goes up to 572ppi,higher than iPhone 6 which has 326ppi only. S6 has AMOLED (Active Matrix OLED) display this means  hybrid display technology that pairs the active matrix backplane from a traditional TFT display with an OLED display. AMOLED display has faster pixel switching as compared to traditional OLED display.
Software & Hardware
Operating System is Android, v5.0.2 (Lollipop),with CPU capacity of Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57. 7 Octa-core processor.
RAM
The new Galaxy S6 has occupied the super-fast LPDDR4 RAM. The large 3GB capacity will help to run programs smoothly without too many lags.Presence of new Exynos chip help to deal better with the Touch Wiz. The new Exynos comes with the approx. 14 manometer (nm) architecture for efficient performance.
Wireless charging:
Samsung has introduced improved wireless charging. Galaxy S6 has occupied a 2,550mAh non-removable battery. S6 supports WPC and PMA wireless charging by using Samsung’s own charging pad with the ability to charge faster than Apple’s iPhone do.
Memory Capacity:
Samsung get off  microSD card slot.this feature set Samsung phones apart from the iPhone. In S6 Samsung has offered 32GB, 64GB and 128GB internal capacity.
Camera
Samsung has maintained the same 16MP (2988 x 5312) pixels back camera as in the Galaxy Note 4 and 5MP front-facing camera ,with  Optical image stabilization feature, Faster auto focus lens f/1.9 has been installed in both cameras that has never been seen in the previous models. The device is now capable of capturing more light and infrared white balance detection finally  getting better photos less blown out, and less yellow. S6 camera boot time down to 0.6 seconds, making it much easier to capture images.
Dual Video Recording with capacity of 2160p@30fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@120fps, HDR.
Wireless payments
S6 let us to use our debit/credit cards and pay for goods using our smartphones. It use NFC as well as a technology named as Magnetic Secure Transmission.
